The Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia, the Macedonian Stock Exchange JSC Skopje, and the Institute of Directors successfully implemented the third corporate secretaries' training, which was held from 02 to 04 December 2024 at the Macedonian Stock Exchange's premises.

The training was intended for current and future corporate secretaries and professionals in corporate governance to improve their knowledge and skills in key aspects of regulatory compliance, board organization and support, and the application of modern European standards. Participants received practical advice from top professionals through interactive sessions and expert lectures.

In line with its mission to support professionalism and transparency, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Macedonian Stock Exchange, together with the Institute of Directors, will actively continue with initiatives aimed at creating a platform for continuous networking of corporate secretaries, which will enable the exchange of best practices and experiences, the organization of more frequent pieces of training focused on current legal changes and the application of modern regulatory standards, as well as the improvement of the skills of corporate secretaries following best European practices.
