Delisting of shares issued by Tehnometal Vardar AD Skopje

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on 28.11.2019 decided to remove the ordinary shares issued by Tehnometal Vardar AD Skopje from listing on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, due to an opened bankruptcy procedure.

Shares issued by Tehnometal Vardar AD Skopje will be delisted from the Official Market (subsegment Exchange listing) starting from 28.11.2019 (Thursday).
