Komercijalna banka AD Skopje informs that by request of a shareholder-owner of preferred shares issued by the bank and in accordance with the Decision of the Assembly of 24.03.2004 for conversion of preferred shares to ordinary shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje, on 08.02.2005 the Central Securities Depositary has converted 165 preferred shares to 33 ordinary shares issued by the bank. After this change, the number of shares issued by the bank is as follows: - 365.691 ordinary shares and - 185.612 preferred shares.
