According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 26.01.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 300 ordinary shares, as follows: - 49 shares for the price of MKD 2.040 per share, through 3 transactions; - 251 shares for the price of MKD 2.049 per share, through 2 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 26.01.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Toplifikacija AD Skopje - 300 ordinary shares; - Granit AD Skopje - 210 ordinary shares; - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 65 ordinary shares.
