According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 21.02.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 108 ordinary shares, as follows: - 97 shares, for the price of MKD 2.070 per share, through 6 transactions; - 11 shares, for the price of MKD 2.101 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 21.02.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares; - Makstil AD Skopje - 561 ordinary shares; - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 206 ordinary shares; - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares; - RZ Inter-Transsped AD Skopje - 25 oedinary shares; - RZ Tehnicka kontrola AD Skopje - 10 ordinary shares.
