In accordance with the decision of the Securities and Exchange Commission from 28.12.2004, Stopanska banka AD Bitola announces sale of shares from the bank's eighth issue. The total number of shares from the eighth issue is 14.000 ordinary shares, with nominal value of MKD 3.000 per share. Total value of the issue is MKD 42.000.000. The shares are offered for the price of MKD 3.000 per share. The last day for subscription is 09.08.2005.
