According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 16.02.2005: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 60 ordinary shares, as follows: - 6.000 shares, for the price of MKD 2.062 per share, through 2 transactions; - 1.000 shares, for the price of MKD 2.070 per share, through 1 transaction. - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje purchased 1.104 ordinary shares, as follows: - 700 shares, for the price of MKD 1.240 per share, through 1 transaction; - 404 shares, for the price of MKD 1.250 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 16.02.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 218 ordinary shares; - OHIS AD Skopje - 108 ordinary shares.
