-Prilepska Pivarnica AD Prilep bought 146 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 36.000,00 per share, through 1 block transaction.

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 17.12.2024 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed:

- BIM АD Sveti Nikole - 25 ordinary shares
- Komercijalna banka АD Skopje - 200 ordinary shares
