According to the data from the trading system, we inform that listed companis executed share buy-back on 22.09.2020 
Makpetrol AD Skopje bought:
-18 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 69.880,00 per share, through 3 transactions
-11 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 69.990,00 per share, through 2 transactions
-6 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 70.000,00 per share, through 1 transaction

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 22.09.2020 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed: 
- Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje – 40 ordinary shares
