Delisting of shares issued by Skovin AD Skopje and Idevelop AD Skopje

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on 11.03.2022 decided to remove the ordinary shares issued by Skovin AD Skopje and Idevelop AD Skopje from listing on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, due to an opened bankruptcy procedure. Shares issued by Skovin AD Skopje and Idevelop AD Skopje will be delisted from the Official Market (subsegment Mandatory Listing) starting from 14.03.2022 (Monday).
