Pursuant to Article 57 and 61a of the Listing Rules, the establishment of a„Watch List“ is prescribed, which is publicly published on the website of the Stock Exchange.
On the „Watch List“ are placed issuers that are listed on the Official Market due to:
a) a measure imposed by the Stock Exchange – in cases of serious violations by the issuer for not complying with the Listing Rules.
or
b) drawing the attention of the investing public to certain current situations related to the specific issuer - in cases of more specific situations related to the securities or the operations of the issuer. Drawing attention to the investing public is a mechanism for communicating with investors on the securities market and informing them additionally that more specific circumstances have arisen at a certain listed company that should be taken into account when making investment decisions while trading with the specific securities.

The placing of listed companies on the „Watch List“ is made in accordance with Article 57, i.e. 61-a of the Listing Rules, as a measure against listed companies or in order to draw attention to the investing public, respectively.
The Board of Directors of the Stock Exchange decides on the placement or removal from the „Watch List“ based on an analysis of the fulfillment of the obligations of the listed issuers in accordance with the Listing Rules and the published information and data through SEI-NET, as well as other information available to the Stock Exchange.
Securities of a listed issuer entered on the „Watch List“ remain listed on the market segment where they have been admitted for listing.
