We inform you that on 11.03.2025, the Stock Exchange removed the issuer Fabrika Karpos AD Skopje from the Watch List published on the Stock Exchange website, due to the fact that the procedure for the takeover of the company has been completed.

The issuer Fabrika Karpos AD Skopje was entered on the Watch List on 23.12.2025, in accordance with Article 61-a of the Listing Rules, due to the announced intention to take over the company.
